Xingdong waterproof cooling fans are vacuum glued and waterproofed for fan motors and circuits. The fourth-generation fully automatic glue-filling machine is used. The glue used is imported material with a good thermal conductivity. The motor glue surface after glue filling is slightly elastic, which can meet the needs of long-term operation of the motor under high temperature and high humidity.
All cooling fan models of our company support waterproof, and different waterproof processes are used according to the waterproof level requirements.
● 1. Vacuum coating: refers to a method of heating metal or non-metallic materials under high vacuum conditions to evaporate and condense on the surface of the plated parts (PBC, metal, semiconductor or insulator) to form a thin film. The IP level can reach up to IPX7, and two layers can be plated according to the use requirements.
● 2. Gluing: Different methods and processes are used to seal the fan motor and PBC board to isolate the external moisture. The glue filling processes are: frame glue filling, single cup glue filling, BMC glue filling, and low-pressure vacuum glue filling.
Different processes are aimed at different application environments. Conventional environment waterproofing uses frame and single cup glue filling, long-term humid environment can use BMC glue filling, high temperature environment and new energy high-requirement equipment use low-pressure vacuum glue filling, good elasticity and good heat dissipation. It can meet the double 85 use standards of new energy (85 degrees Celsius use environment, 85% humidity environment).
